Jack is 9 and in the third grade. He is restless and disruptive in the classroom and at home. He is unable to focus during class time and is distracting to his classmates. He is often seen wandering around the classroom during a lesson, talking to other students. When he is seated, he fidgets will all items on his desk. He has recently been suspended for climbing on top of the teacher’s desk, multiple times, to see how far he can jump.
