As you reflect on the DNP Project, you must consider the top priorities, metrics, safety, and/or quality initiatives.
Consider possible gaps in your clinical practicum setting.
Consider options to visit your organization’s Magnet Committee meeting and/or Quality Improvement Committee meeting to ensure that your project will align with the organizational priorities (of note, not all institutions have these committees, alternative you can ask your organizational leadership team for a meeting to discuss their key priorities).
