Per Instructors feedback is as follows:
The way this paper was written is too broad. It needs to narrow down to my area. So which means to focus on the central valley (CA) since I am from Fresno CA. per instructor different cultural backgrounds could also be discussed based off of central valley.
She said it could even be narrowed down to acute care settings.
per instructor ratios cannot be focused on. cannot focus on nurse patient ratios.
per the instructor stick to one main intervention (fostering individualized nursing mentorship and self scheduling) because there is alot that can be talked about here and researched about.
Total of sources still remains: 10 to 12.
