Complete a scholarly paper that examines their personal transition to professional nursing practice. This work will include examples from the student’s theoretical, laboratory, and/or clinical education that serve as evidence for accomplishment of the nursing program’s five (5) competencies listed below. This work will also explore and provide examples of the accomplishment of the Foundational Liberal Arts and Foundational Sciences (FLAS) competencies. Lastly, the student must address the significance of being able to function as a Provider of Care, Leader/Manager, and Member of the Profession.
