You are to act as if you are writing the CEO of a company and you are submitting to them a memorandum. Try to Grasp their attention in the first 25 words.
Review the article for the assignment (I sent in picuture). When you write the paper, you should address each of the following topics. I recommend you use headings to organize your paper:
Identify all of the “risks” you see raised in the reading;
Select the top 2-4 such risks that you feel are the most compelling;
Describe all of the different means or considerations for the management of the risks selected in 2. (be creative);
Select the top 2 management plans and expand substantially more for those two plans;
State whether and why the leadership in the reading is likely to accept or reject your suggested best plans.
