Created an script between two person, one with each of you role-playing the PMHNP provider and one as a psychotic person at an initial assessment. One person will act as a psychotic person including some of the following behaviors: paranoia, persecutory delusions, auditory hallucinations, preoccupations, passive/active suicidal ideations, lack of insight, and so on. The provider will assess the person, including completing a mental status exam.
