Please choose ONE of the last 3 chapters to use for your final project. Chapter 12- Law
Chapter 13- Business
Chapter 14- Health and Well-being
You are to choose a chapter that ties into something of interest to you. Perhaps you want to get into the field of Health Psychology? Or Industrial/Organizational Psychology? Maybe you want to have a degree in business and need to have some understanding of people within that context? You might be personally interested in our legal system, or want to work within it? Choose any of these three chapters for any reason! (The other two chapters are optional quizzes that you can take if you need to fix any prior scores).
Directions once you have READ the chapter:Please use complete sentences and show that you’ve put thought into this.
1) Highlight 5 elements from this chapter that are of most significance or importance to you and your future career, or how you perceive the world after reading it. List each item, describe what you learned, and then apply it to your life/future and why you thought it was important for you to learn it.
2) Connect your new understanding (from Ch. 12, or 13, or 14) to any of the previous chapters read (Ch. 1-11). List at least 2 connections you made to a prior chapter, and no more than 4 connections.
3) Finally, summarize any changes you’ve made in your life (how you think) now that you’ve completed this text and learned a large amount about how humans interact amongst others. (This answer is not specific to the chapter you read, just a final project summative question).
FORMATTING:
Use numbers “1, 2, and 3” to separate the above questions. Within each question use subheadings to separate your answers.
I should be able to jump from one part of your answer to another without confusion. It does NOT need to be in MLA/APA format- but please make sure it is very easy to find your answers to each part of the 3 questions.
You may submit a word document, or type directly into Canvas. I would also accept a video recorded answer (audio and/or video). This is mostly about reflection and application, not written format. I want to know that you thought about this content in terms of YOUR life and future. That is the best thing you can gain from any course.
