A powerpoint depicting an alternative performance management plan that is competency and behavioral based other than a traditional annual evaluation. This is for a masters in nursing Human Resources class. Requirements are 12-14 slides with the following focus points and supportive content: introduction on performance reviews, competency based assessment, behavioral based assessment, performance appraisal model, ranking/rating scale, performance review interview. This should be able to be presented to C-suite executives. I have a provided example, but it is too large to attach if that would be helpful. Thank you.
