A) In your response post you may make comments regarding your experience and if you agree or disagree with your classmates essay contents, and how this is related to EBP. 

B) You must discuss your classmate’s concepts of the core competency “employ evidence-based practice,” and comment on how your classmate identified this in their current position. Your response post must show critical thinking and must move the discussion forward.
2) One recent peer reviewed source is required for the response post and your peer- reviewed source must be a different source than the references you used in the initial post. Remember that recent is less than five years old and articles must be from the United States. Your textbook is not a journal.
3) Your response to a classmate should be 200 words or less. Your reference list does not count towards the word count.
