Okay so there’s this condition called Club hand that happens from the defective growth or complete absence of the radius and thumb as result babies born with this deformity tend to have radial deviation, and the procedure that is done to correct that deformity is called “centralization” now there’s many techniques and different names to this procedure and we would like to know which one is associated with the best outcomes. Our study will mostly be retrospective cohort comparing Centralization vs Radialization.
