You will continue gathering information for the creative brief you began in Module 1 on the real or hypothetical local health and wellness center. You will conduct a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis to help determine the center’s competitive advantage over competitors. From the SWOT results, you will develop SMART goals/objectives for the center.
Create a 2- to 3-page paper (not including the title and reference pages) in a Word document for your response.
Use APA format for the paper, title page, references page, and in-text citations.
Develop an introduction and conclusion for your paper.
Part 1: Using SWOT Analysis

Step 2. Complete
Complete a SWOT analysis on the health and wellness center (Module 1).
Step 3. Create
Create a SWOT graphic to share as part of the narrative for this component of the creative brief.

In a paragraph accompanying the SWOT graphic, describe how the results can be used to position the health and wellness center in the market and to determine competitive advantage.
Part 2: Establish SMART Goals/Objectives
SMART goals/objectives are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic/relevant, and time-sensitive.

Step 6. Write
Write 3-5 SMART goals/objectives for the health and wellness center (Module 1). Explain how the goals/objectives can be incorporated into the creative brief.
