Create a PICO(T) question that is researchable and grammatically correct, written in your own words, in APA format. Do a search on your problem or topic of interest and evidence-based intervention. Find and read at least Five primary research articles that deal specifically with your problem of interest. Save these articles as Adobe PDFs. Topic: Screening and Evaluation of Social Determinants of Health to Improve patient care in a primary care setting.
PICO(T) Write-Up
Write a two-page paper with a brief introduction and/or background introducing your PICO(T) question. (Your reference and title pages are not counted).
Use the PICO format, as outlined in the PDF provided
This paper should be in a narrative format with headings and paragraphs, and without bullets.
Cite Five primary research articles.
End with a paragraph of your own thoughts about how your problem of interest is linked to nursing practice and patient outcomes.
Include references and citations, as appropriate, in APA format.
