INSTRUCTIONS
The proposal for your research paper must be complete and approved before submitting this step of the project. If you have not yet completed the proposal or gained approval, send a course message to your Instructor immediately.
The Outline/Sources should be one document, containing the following 4 parts:
All 4 parts are REQUIRED
Part 1: Provide the approved paper topic and date that you gained approval.
Part 2: Provide a detailed outline of your paper. To find more information on how to write an outline, please view the following website:

Part 3: Students should cite all references using APA style. Students will lose points if they cite sources that do not discuss the topic of their paper. This is an upper level Psychology course and APA style is required. A minimum of 5 SCHOLARLY sources are required and they should be no older than 5 years old. Please see the paper instructions for more details on the requirements for references/sources.
Part 4: Reach out to at least 2 classmates to ask if they will review your paper for the next step. List at least two students (or more – the more eyes on your paper, the better) who agree to review your paper for the next step. Stay in contact with these students so you can plan the dates and ways that you will share files.

Students will lose points if:
1) The Outline & Sources does not have at least five valid scholarly sources (if you do not know what a scholarly source is, be sure to contact the writing center or Library). Your sources should be current (not more than 5 years old, unless your subject includes a historical comparison). Your textbook could count as one source. The online library should be utilized for locating sources for your research paper.
2) The Outline & Sources is submitted late.
3) The Outline & Sources is not submitted. (Be sure to submit this though as it is required to move to the next step of the paper.)
4) The submission does not contain a detailed outline.
5) APA formatting is not used.
6) The submission is not well written.

I have selected the topic on how the transition to parenthood changes a couple’s relationship. My topic was approved on Feb 1st. The classmates that have agreed to review my paper are Spencer Reid, Penelope Garcia, and Derek Morgan.
