You are employed as an assistant in the department of the Community Outreach at the St Bede Catholic Hospital. You boss tells you that the hospital administrators want to start a clinic to care for the mothers and children of newly arrived immigrants who have arrived in your city. These mothers and children have no insurance so the hospital would like to set up a clinic with the mission to provide healthcare for the mothers and children, ONLY! This care would be transitional care until the undocumented mothers move to their permanent home awaiting their immigration hearings.
