Tanisha Sam The Theory I chose to elaborate on is Albert Bandura’s Social Learning Theory. This Theory states and defines the fact that people learn certain behaviors from their surroundings and environment. It is relevant that this theory proves that hands on is the best method to grasping information and key facts of knowledge. Through modeling and observations, it proves a much better outcome for the person in the learning stage. For example, if an instructor Positivity uplifts their students with encouragement and positive vibes, this positivity WILL echo throughout the environment and in turn, they will be MORE ENCOURAGED to learn. This Theory is a very important aspect to the school environment as well as RBT Therapy.
Why do I believe this theory exemplifies continuous or discontinuous measure. I believe this theory exemplifies continuous measure because it is definitely ONGOING! This is factual because encouraging someone to strive for the best achievements possible and modeling that said behavior is DEFINITELY A CONTINUOUS MEASURE!
