He decides to give you $25,000 to create a program for a vulnerable population that will bring the social services and health services communities together. He has left the choice of the vulnerable group to you. However, you cannot choose the same vulnerable group that you wrote about in short paper #1 or #2. Given that you just finished reading the book by Eric Manheimer you have several vulnerable groups (i.e. prisoners, domestic abuse victims, immigrants, etc.) that you can choose from.
Choose one of the vulnerable groups that were presented in the book. Write a proposal memo for the mayor about what you will realistically do with the $25,000. In the proposal you will need to convince the Mayor that your idea will work and that you should be the one to lead the project.
