Need to know NOTES::::: Here is the link to the PowerPoint APA 7 GCU Template that you should download and review prior to creating your assignment. Make note the PowerPoint should be 13-15 slides that do not include the title and reference slides. There should be at least one slide per bullet point question. Doing so will ensure you meet that slide requirement. Make sure each slide has the speaker notes that consists of 150-200 words.
The executive board has hired you to facilitate a cultural change in order to give the organization a clear direction, reduce conflict, and increase employee morale and productivity. Create a 13-15 slide PowerPoint that outlines your plan to facilitate this cultural change. This should be a professional presentation to be delivered to the executive board. Include speaker notes of 150-200 words for each slide. Title and reference slides are not included in the total slide count. Address the following in your presentation:
What factors of group dynamics in the scenario above are occurring? Explain how each factor is affecting group performance. What are the elements that are contributing to this company’s group conflict?
Consider the current climate in the organization and develop a strategy for employees to address and resolve conflict. What resources will you make available to them? When does conflict need to be escalated to the manager, human resources, EAP (Employee Assistance Program), or civil rights advocate?
How can you use organizational culture and employee empowerment to encourage acceptance and change?
What organizational change process (theory) would you suggest bringing about the desired results?
Who is in charge of leading the change?
How will you gain commitment at all levels of the organization? How will you deal with noncompliance or resistance?
How would you take disciplinary action within this situation?
What are some possible concerns of discrimination or adverse impact?
