PSY 200-50Y Group Project (100 points):
First read the chapter of the book. Take notes on your particular section. You will be presenting the material on a Power Point from the Learning Objectives signed up to do from the chapter you will be covering. In your Power Point or Prezi Presentation, make certain that you include all of the material that is relevant to the topic within the textbook. Make sure you list the Learning Objectives covered and include relevant definitions, explain the theories, describe one piece of peer-reviewed empirical psychological research, and include 2 strengths and 2 weaknesses. With your You-tube video, you cannot use Crash Course in Psychology or you will not earn points. You will graded on your presentation itself, accuracy, effective use of psychological terminology, creativity, and professionalism. Include relevant material from a peer-reviewed source i.e. a journal article.
No sources can include Wikipedia, About Psychology, Simply Psychology, from Sam McLeod or from Kendra Cherry. Describe how the material is relevant to the topic area being covered. You will also need 5 review questions with answers within the slides.
The presentation should require around 15-20 minutes to view the project. All projects are due on the date specified below. They need to be uploaded to Canvas.
