Purpose: One of the goals of the assignment is to provide students with an opportunity to apply their knowledge of one or two theories or models of development as described in your Chapter 1 and 2 readings.
Task: You are instructed to find a newspaper article, magazine story, or other print media report of a situation, story, or tragedy involving a developmental issue. Next, you will identify the issues to be examined and analyze those issues as they relate to your selected theory or model. Your completed assignment should be 3-4 pages, double-spaced (excluding title page and references). Your paper must adhere to proper APA formatting.
