You must provide an initial discussion question by the due date each Week.
You must also respond to one of your Classmates’ initial postings by the set due date each Week.
All participation in discussions must be complete for credit by the set due date.
Late discussion posts will have points deductions if posted after the set due date.

Share an insight from having read your peer’s post.
Offer and support an opinion.
Validate an idea with your own experience.

Writing Requirements
In addition to one initial post, respond to at least one peer.
Initial Post Length: minimum of 200 words.
Secondary Post Length: minimum of 150 words per post.
Using APA format, incorporate appropriate in-text citation(s) and corresponding references page for the initial post.
