For this assignment, use the final conceptualization guidelines attached. The guidelines are similar to the directions for the group assignment minus one detail. You can conceptualize the case of Ariel or Cruella Deville (this requires watching the movie Cruella, 2021).
You can choose to do this as an individual or as a group. Your group cannot consist of more than five people unless you are doing it in the group you were initially assigned to (that has more than five members). This assignment is due by March 14th.

Each group or individual will prepare a brief intake. Groups/individuals will submit a printed copy of the intake and conceptualization. The entire document should be no more than three typed pages, including client background information (Client demographics, presenting problem, psychosocial history, medical history, psychiatric history, substance abuse history, employment/education history). Conceptualization(Use the conceptualization guidelines). Create an intervention plan (based on appropriate treatments per your conceptualization. You are not required to give a diagnosis, but add one relevant and connect it to your conceptualization. In addition, identify the possible (specific) local resources you would recommend for this client. Use the sample intake as a guide.
