My interest in psychology is to learn about the complex relationships between human behavior and the world which we live, how culture impacts us, what motivates us, how our personalities influence our daily actions. Narcissism correlates with very positive components of mental health toughness, such as confidence and goal orientation, protecting against symptoms of depression and perceived stress. Researchers now suggest that some of these traits might help safeguard a person’s mental health.
