Students, for this week’s discussion I would like you to consider how advances in technology effect personal relationships. That is, with the advent of email, texting, online dating, zooming, skyping, tweeting, instagram, etc. Do you think relationships are better today or more challenged? Please give examples to support your opinions.
(I am a male and married with my husband together for 13 years and married for almost 7 years)- I personally think it is harder today- there are so many divorce rates and people are waiting longer to get married now. It is easier to date someone with all this technology and dating apps, but is it just too much and no real connections.
