(1) Topic: Choose a topic related to any of the topics in this course.
(2) Resources: Find at least 3 different resources to research your topic and use in your paper. One of these may be a course resource. The other two must be resources you find on your own: Professional journals, professional articles or videos, .org or .edu websites. These must be professional/educational resources only.
(2) Write: Explain in a research paper how it relates to children and families, the impact it has on the development of children and the well-being of the family, and what resources we have in our community that could support the family and the child. Further describe the strategies, coping skills, challenges, and positives of the topic, what you learned from the research, and how you could use the information in your future work with children and families. Additionally, find a children’s book related to this topic in any way.
Type your research in 4-5 pages, double-spaced, 12 pt. Times New Roman font. You should have at least 8 complete, in-depth paragraphs.

You must use APA format to cite within your paper and list your references at the end of your paper. You must cite where you are getting your information from when writing facts. You do not need citations for your opinions.
