The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate a broad knowledge base on the quality issue selected in Module 1. This assignment serves as the foundation for the rest of the course and the Quality Improvement Project Proposal which is submitted in Module 6.
Instructions:
Based on the quality issue you selected in Module1, write a paper that includes all of the following:
1. Title page
2. Introduction (Establish the importance of the topic, provide a mini-outline of the paper, and provide a clear purpose statement)
3. Identify the quality safety issue you selected in Module 1 and give the rationale for its importance.
4. Present evidence from the literature concerning the issue to your practice. Include a heading and several well-developed paragraphs on each of the following six aspects of the issue.
