Description from professor: Submit a final assignment in the form of reflecting on my comments in the margins to address to main themes I have addressed:
1) How does thinking about health inequities between Indigenous and settler societies through the major issue of contention in Canadian-Indigenous relations- land- orient our understanding?
2) What have we learned in this course of the role of health systems in the theft of land? Lean heavily on Lux, Razak here. How then might you contextualize the SOGC in that landscape?
I think I have put enough in the margins to allow you to respond to these two questions. So to be clear, I would propose abandoning the assignment in favor or reflecting on these questions in the context of the comments I have put here in the body of your paper. My advice would be to keep it very simple and keep focusing on theft of land as the foundation of the Canadian state.
