Examples of topics:
Topic 1: The effects tobacco, alcohol, and drugs have on weight gain/ loss. Topic 2: The effects medications prescribed for mental health have on weight gain/ loss. Topic 3: The effects of shift work causing irregular eating and sleeping schedules. Please include 5 references that apply to the topic you plan to use. Be sure that THREE of them are from a professional journal that is peer reviewed such as Journal of the American Medical Association, American Journal of Public Health, etc. The references need to be in APA format, please do not submit websites.
