Goal- The nursing project main goal is to have older adults in Lagos State, Nigeria maintain blood pressure systolic blood pressure equal to or less than 120 and diastolic blood pressure of equal to or less than 90. A blood pressure of 120/80 will decrease the risk of stroke or other cardiovascular diseases which are associated with hypertension.
