The Multicultural Competency Self-Assessment Paper: This assignment is designed to help you assess your current level of multicultural competency. To do so, you will be required to complete the Multicultural Awareness, Knowledge, and Skills Survey (MAKSS) and score your responses. The MAKSS and scoring instructions are included in the Assessment unit, under The Multicultural Competency SelfAssessment Paper. You should download, complete, and score this assessment in preparation for your paper. This paper should report on your reactions to taking this survey, any comments you have about the items on the survey, your responses to your scores, and, finally, suggestions as to the areas of multicultural competency that you might focus on this semester as a result of completing your own multicultural competency self-assessment. This paper should be at least 3 but not more than 4 pages in length, excluding cover pages and references, in APA format (i.e., 12-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced). No abstract is necessary for this course assignment.
