Instead, use this as an opportunity to continue building your scholarly writing skills. The resulting ideas on paper will help you refine your thoughts and ideas as you progress along your journey so that you are prepared when the time comes to write your actual purpose statement.
To prepare for this Assignment:
Review the problem statement you completed in Module 4.
Revisit the Prospectus Form for your program of study and review the instructions in the Purpose section and example in the Appendix.
Write a purpose statement that aligns with the problem statement.
