please writer who will accept this work should have experience in quality in healthcare setting. this paper intended to be given to patient experience officer to let them learn how to understand and read the survey and calculation for patient experience and satisfaction and take improvement decision depend on it.
The first file attach called (Course content) here is the curriculum and topic need you to write about it.
The second file attach called (Indicators to Trigger Change Quality, Metrics and Measures Towards Enhanced Patient Experience.chapter 1. exapmle to be follow) please use this Word file in all your writing, also you can find chapter 1 which i wrote to show you how i want this paper and work to be done,please follow the formate and style there. (please do not create anther Word file).
The third file called (Module Template) here you can find the structure need for writing this paper.
The Fourd file called (Module Writing Guidelines) here you can find all guidelines and instruction writing the paper.
The fifth file called (references) this is an example of references you can use but if you think there is better references it is ok to use it. since as you can see in the guidelines it’s required to use 70% of the citation from Books, so you can see in this file a username and password access to VitalSource Bookshelf: Library, if you think there is Book references better than what i suggest please let me know and i will add it to my library.
