Utilizing the information you have gathered over the last four weeks regarding the specific illness group you identified, this week, you will create a plan of care for your chronic illness group. In a Microsoft Word document of 5-6 pages formatted in APA style, (this page requirement includes the holistic care plan). Include the following in your plan: Diabetes Provide a brief introduction describing the chronically ill group you selected and rationale for selecting this illness and the participants. Clearly identify the Healthy People 2030 topic chosen and why this topic was selected. Develop a holistic plan of care including patient, family and friends acceptance of the diagnosis, coping and impact on plan of care. Step 1. Experience
The best way to get to know a service or product is to experience it as the client would do. Wear the boots. Use the moisturizer. Drink the smoothie. Try out the health center. What do you like? Not like? Is there a feature that stands out more than any other? That feature is the single-minded proposition or SMP, and it becomes the driving force of the creative brief and the marketing campaign.
Step 2. Research
Many modern television commercials feature single-minded propositions. To familiarize yourself with this marketing technique, create a log of services, products, and their SMPs as you watch television. Include health and wellness organizations if possible.
Step 3. Brainstorm
Brainstorm and write down all the best features of the health and wellness center for which you are developing the creative brief.
Step 4. Decide on One
From the list, decide on the single-minded proposition, or most important message, about the offerings of the health and wellness center (Module 1).
Step 5. Determine the Benefits
Determine the benefits of that one outstanding feature. Remember, clients do not purchase the membership at the health and wellness center. They are purchasing what the membership does for them – so the benefits should be stated that way. For example, the health center has a dark room where clients can exercise while watching a movie on a big screen. They improve their health while being entertained – and the time on the treadmill seems to tick by faster, better accommodating their busy schedules.
Step 6. Draft
From the list of benefits, draft the single-minded proposition.
Step 7. Simplify
Simplify the entire process of writing the single-minded proposition into a one-page document. In the document, briefly summarize these key points:

Informal Interpersonal Communication presents a Maslow-like pyramid of steps that ultimately leads the individual to organizational productivity and success. The author asserts that interpersonal communication leads to the formation of relationships that foster loyalty, job satisfaction, and commitment. There are numerous communication strategies that improve work relationships. However, the author suggests that trust is the key for successful collaboration and cooperation in any team. ANSWER
Option 1: Examine the literary movement and specific work in relation to historical and political influences of the movement.

The literary movement I have chosen to examine is Romanticism, and the specific work within this movement is Washington Irving’s “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.” Romanticism, which emerged in the late 18th and early 19th centuries, was a response to the Industrial Revolution and the Enlightenment era’s rationalism. It emphasized emotion, imagination, individualism, and a deep connection with nature.

“The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” is a short story set in a Dutch settlement in New York’s Hudson Valley. It tells the tale of Ichabod Crane, a schoolteacher with an overactive imagination, who encounters the legendary ghostly figure known as the Headless Horseman. Irving’s work is deeply rooted in the historical and political context of its time.

During the early 19th century, the United States was still a young nation grappling with its identity. The Romantic movement sought to break away from European literary traditions and create a distinctly American literary voice. “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” accomplishes this by drawing on American folklore and local legends, such as the spooky tales of the Hudson Valley.

Moreover, the story reflects the Romantic fascination with the supernatural and the unknown. In a period marked by scientific advancements and industrialization, Romantic writers sought to reconnect with the mysterious and the unexplainable. Irving’s portrayal of the Headless Horseman embodies this fascination, as it is a supernatural entity that defies rational explanation.

Additionally, the story’s setting in a pastoral, idyllic village reflects the Romantic idealization of nature and rural life. Irving’s vivid descriptions of the Dutch countryside and the autumn landscape capture the beauty and awe-inspiring qualities of the natural world.

In conclusion, “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” by Washington Irving exemplifies the Romantic literary movement’s emphasis on imagination, emotion, and a connection with nature. It draws from American folklore and local legends, reflecting the historical and political context of early 19th-century America as the nation sought to establish its own literary identity.
