    The Dynamic Deliverable is the implementation (or proof of implementation) of students’ proposed solution. Previously submitted Dynamic Deliverables include, but are not limited to, websites students developed about their chosen themes, paintings, and a screenshot of the submission to the CDC of a student’s proposal. In the case of the student referenced in the Final Project Product Proposal as an example, for his dynamic deliverable, he submitted an image of his own painting of a melting earth due to climate change.
    The “deliverable(s)” you create will mirror (to some extent) the types of materials your professor will utilize in the course to deliver content in diverse ways—to foster interest & problem/trend/issue analysis, provide additional context, and appeal to varying learning styles, abilities, and preferences of students en route to global awareness, perspective taking, & global engagement.
    The Dynamic Deliverable may consist of student-created, original items such as, but not limited to:
    Podcasts/Recorded Interview
    TED (style) Talk/Speech (video recorded)
    Poetry Series Composition
    Music Composition & Performance
    White-paper for Recommended Policy Change to Those in Power

    Stake holders PATIENT, RN AND pHYSICIAN
    While completing your Business Case Analysis for a Healthcare Improvement course, you collaborated with your proposal team members, specialized experts in your field of interest, or colleagues from your current or former organization to assess the need for and feasibility of implementing your project using a project management approach. This process required the completion of several different analytic methods that support your recommendation for a healthcare improvement project (HIP).
    In this task, you will begin to write your scholarly HIP paper that will place your proposed HIP in the context of the literature and provide evidence to support your project. In the introduction section of your paper, you should synthesize a select few key articles to provide the context, the problem or opportunity, and the purpose for your project.
    In the next section, you will provide a review of scholarly sources published within the last five years that are credible and relevant to your HIP. A well-written review of the literature compares and contrasts published sources, highlights exemplary studies, identifies gaps in knowledge, and indicates how your project will fill the gap and advance nursing practice.
    This task requires the submission of your entire HIP paper template including the following section(s) of your HIP paper which you will be developing in this performance assessment: • “Purpose Statement” • “Review of Relevant Scholarly Sources and Table of Scholarly Sources Template”

    • “Project Management Life Cycle”
    Each of the following templates should be completed and submitted as an appendix to your HIP paper:

    ARTICLE REVIEW ASSIGNMENTS INSTRUCTIONS
    OVERVIEW
    As this course makes clear, business law is a wide ranging and pervasive body of law that impacts many facets of business and life. Furthermore, it is critical that people seeking graduate-level degrees be familiar with and able to interact with scholarly literature and thought.
    These Article Review Assignments, therefore, give you the opportunity to demonstrate your ability to analyze issues of business law as described above and interact with scholarly literature in the area.
    INSTRUCTIONS
    For each Article Review Assignment, you will:
    (1) choose an excellent scholarly article published in the last calendar year addressing a topic related to business law covered in the course;
    (2) carefully read and review the article chosen;
    (3) write a 1,500-2,000 word review of the article in good Bluebook format:
    (I) describing the article including:
    (a) the topic or issue the article is addressing;
    (b) the problem or research question identified by the author(s);
    (c) a brief summary of the background law, literature review, or other information needed for contextual understanding;
    (d) the proposal, conclusions, solution, or results from the article; and
    (e) any other information you deem important to understanding the article
    (II) critiquing and assessing the article’s analysis, conclusions, and/or recommendations (at least two clearly identified critiques must be included).
    Each Article Review Assignment should be between 1,500–2,000 words, excluding the cover page and the reference list. In other words, the body itself of your Article Review should be between 1,500 and 2,000 words. You must stay within the required word range (no exceptions; indeed, a critical part of scholarly writing is synthesizing and summarizing important information (and omitting information that is not material)).
    Each Article Review should be in good Bluebook format, contain 1-inch margins, use 12-point Ariel or New Times Roman font, and be double-spaced.
    You do not need to include an abstract, but you do need to include a cover page and a reference list.
    Each Article Review Assignment must cite as well as utilize at least 3 different scholarly, academic or legal sources (one of which must be the article chosen for review). Scholarly, academic or legal sources provided in the course materials or cited in the course materials should be preferred to the extent that they are relevant to the assignment. Please note, this is not requiring a minimum of 3 citations but rather 3 sources. You should have numerous citations throughout each Article Review as every major assertion should be supported by a citation to relevant authority.
