Hi there,
I need someone with a medical background to help me with this project. I need a PowerPoint presentation about: Pulmonary manifestations in HIV patients. This is a large topic to cover. It should include different presentations: infection, cancer, interstitial lung disease (LIP), and vascular (pulmonary hypertension), etc. The presentation should focus on common things (I can help you with that). I might be able to provide you with an article that could cover one or two subjects. The presentation should look professional, as if for a specialised doctor. It should include references, charts, tables, and images as examples. The slides should not be so crowded; some information can be pasted at the bottom of the slides so I can see it. The references should be from medical journal, sites.
I am happy to help with any questions.

In the ” CAM therapies among primary care patients using opioid therapy for chronic pain” article, CAM is stated to be a treatment method used to treat chronic pain. Some examples they state CAM uses for chronic pain is acupuncture, chiropractic care, herbal medicine, hypnosis, imagery, and so on. You can tell that all of these examples are alternatives in medicine.
Acupuncture is commonly used for the treatment of pain. This type of alternative has been used in Asia for centuries to relieve pain. The pain that acupuncture targets is mostly low back pain, nerve pain, headaches, menstrual cramps, and fibromyalgia. Acupuncture involves fine needles that are put into the pain points. The treatment of acupuncture is a course of 6-12 sessions in a three month period to get full affect. This alternative medicine can be used to relieve pain. The risks of acupuncture are low. The biggest complication of acupuncture is that of putting the needle in the wrong spot, and even then, a physician is inserting the needle so although it can happen, there is a small chance. Another risk would have been the needles and inserting them into different people, increasing the risk of hep B or HIV. It is known now that the needles used are, or should be, in single use needle packages. The benefits of acupuncture can be in alternative to taking pain medications over and over again but instead, by releasing endorphins and affecting serotonin in the body. This method could be a good one to use for those getting treated for opioid or pain medication addiction. -

Additionally, Select ONE of the questions below to discuss.
Aristotle was one of the first individuals to study and write about psychological topics. Which of his topics do you think is most important? What do you think he left out?
Early psychologists were, for the most part, White men. How might this have influenced early conceptualizations of psychology and the development of early theories?
Do you or did you ever have an object you believed was lucky? If so, what is the object and can you explain, from a behavioral perspective, how you came to believe in its ability to help you? If you don’t believe in lucky objects, can you use the behavioral perspective to explain why not?
Can we ever really know what is happening in someone else’s mind? Can we even know what is going on in our own minds? Should we try to make behavior and — and our brain — transparent?
NOTE: Make sure you answer all parts of the discussion question. -

Scientific and Mathematical/Analytical Perspectives of Inquiry Paper It is a paper about abortion. APA 7TH EDITION. I have also attached some of my other essays on abortion I have written for her class; it can be used as a guide and reference as to what I’m writing about. Thank you!
Compose a focused paper that explains and describes your healthcare issue/topic from the scientific and mathematical/analytical perspectives of inquiry. (You will cover two perspectives in one paper.) Address your general topic by forming and answering two levels of research questions for each inquiry. Choose a “Level 1 Research Question/Writing Prompt” from both of the lists below to answer in the paper. Compose a “Level 2 Research Question/Writing Prompt” for each kind of inquiry that provides detail, specificity, and focus to your inquiry, research, and writing. State your research questions in the introduction of your paper. Answer each research question and support your assertions with evidence (research) to form the body of your paper. In the conclusion of the paper, briefly review the issues, research questions, answers, and insights. Level 1 Research Questions/Writing Prompts SCIENTIFIC Perspective of Inquiry What are the anatomical, physiological, pathological, or epidemiological issues? Which body systems are affected? What happens at the cellular or genetic level? Which chemical or biological issues are most important? Level 1 Research Questions/Writing Prompts MATHEMATICAL/ANALYTICAL Perspective of Inquiry What are the economic issues involved? Which economic theories or approaches best explain the issue? What are the statistical facts related to the issue? Which statistical processes used to study the issue provide for the best explanation or understanding? Your paper must be five pages in length and reference four to six scholarly, peer-reviewed resources. Be sure to follow current APA Style (e.g., spacing, font, headers, titles, abstracts, page numbering). -

Write a 1,500-2,000-word essay using at least four resources. The four resources need to include at least two course resources (textbook, topic overviews, the Bible) and at least two other sources from the GCU Library to support your points. Remember, the Bible counts as one resource regardless of how many times you use it or how many verses you cite.
Begin your paper with an appropriate introduction, including a thesis statement to introduce the purpose of the paper. Present the gospel essentials (nature of God, nature of humanity, nature of Jesus, and restoration), the Christian foundation, and an analysis of the implications of the Christian worldview.
Use the “Gospel Essentials Essay Template.” Based on the Christian worldview, write at least one paragraph for each of the following components. Nature of God: What is the triune God like? What are God’s characteristics? What is his creation?
Nature of Humanity: What is human nature? What is human purpose? What is the root cause of human problems?
Nature of Jesus: What is Jesus’s true identity? What was Jesus’s kingdom purpose? Why is Jesus’s identity and work significant for the Christian worldview?
Restoration: What is the solution to human problems according to the Christian worldview? What role do grace, faith, and repentance play in Christian salvation? How do Christians think that the transformation of self and society happen?
Christian Foundation: Summarize how the concepts of the gospel essentials (nature of God, nature of humanity, nature of Jesus, and restoration) constitute the foundation of the Christian worldview. In other words, how are these concepts essential to the Christian worldview?
Analysis of the Implications of the Christian Worldview: Based on the previous five prompts, analyze the implications of the Christian worldview by addressing each of the following questions:
What are the benefits or strengths of the Christian worldview as it relates to human value and dignity?
Compare the Christian concept of salvation in contrast to any other worldview perspective.
How does the Christian worldview influence a person’s thinking and behavior?
What do people find troublesome or confusing about Christianity and why?
Conclusion: Synthesize the main points, pulling the ideas of the paper together.

A 13-year-old boy presented to the clinic complaining of a sore throat that persisted for 2 days. After those 2 days, he developed fever, nausea, and malaise. A throat culture revealed the presence of group A beta-hemolytic streptococci, and the child was started on antibiotic therapy. The child’s symptoms gradually improved, but approximately 2 weeks later, he returned to the clinic because the fever, nausea, and malaise returned. He became tachypneic and short of breath. The mother noted that his eyes were puffy, his ankles were swollen, and his urine was dark and cloudy. On examination, the child’s blood pressure was 148/100 mmHg; his pulse 122 beats per minute; and his respirations were 35 per minute. Orbital and ankle edema were present. Crackles were auscultated bilaterally. No heart murmurs were found. Slight tenderness to percussion over the flank areas was noted. A chest X-ray showed evidence of congestion and edema in the lungs. The patient’s hematocrit was 37%, and his WBC count was 11,200/mm3. Blood urea nitrogen was 48 mg/dL (normal is less than 20 mg/dL). Urinalysis results showed that the patient’s protein was 2+ (24-hour excretion was 0.8 g), specific gravity was 1.012, and there were moderate amounts of RBCs and WBCs in the urine. Serum albumin was 4.1 g/dL (normal is 3.5–4.5). Which evidence supports the conclusion that this patient has a kidney disease? Which clinical pattern of kidney disease does this patient have? Explain the symptoms. Which morphologic changes would you expect in the kidney? What is the prognosis? What are the possible short- and long-term complications of this disease? Is it necessary to hospitalize the patient? -
