After reviewing the resources for this week and watching the video, Unfolding the Laundry, you will explore how the major concepts of the structural model could be applied to the family in the video. You will apply concepts of structural to a video. Here are the steps in completing the paper for your assignment for Week 3:
    1. First, review the Minuchin therapy session in Unfolding the Laundry.
    a. Session Intro: “This live therapy session, recorded in 1984 by the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and digitally remastered in 2007, features Salvador Minuchin conducting a live, unedited therapy session with a family. The featured family is a large, blended, recently married couple with dual careers and five combined children. The identified patient is the youngest son (age 11), who is acting out. After de-emphasizing attention on the identified patient and relabeling much of the sibling behavior, attention is focused on the couple. Through his use of simplicity and humor to lure the family into desiring the necessary change and in following the family’s lead in defining the problem, Minuchin illustrates his expert ability at not being an expert” (Unfolding the Laundry, 1984).
Be sure to include the following in your paper:Offer a brief (a paragraph or two) summary of the structural model.
Present your understanding of how structural therapy is a systemic model.
Discuss the family dynamics that you see portrayed in the video, including culture or diversity factors that you observe in the family.
Describe Minuchin’s role with this family?
Illustrate each of the following concepts using examples from the video. You should briefly summarize some interactions between Minuchin and the clients so that it’s clear their interaction is showing one of the structural concepts. (Note: A clear way to guide the reader through your description of the concepts is to define and cite the concept, share your example, and describe the example.)Boundaries

    Stages of development
Include a brief summary of what you think Minuchin’s overall goal was with this family and how he achieved this goal.
Remember to avoid the tendency to provide a synopsis of the video and focus on providing a Structural Family Therapy assessment and a summary of the family dynamics portrayed in the video.

Respond to the following questions in your post: What changes do you think need to be made to the health care delivery system in the United States?
Do you think the United States should have government funded health care for all citizens? If so, how do you suggest we fund it?
Do you think that employers should be required to provide health insurance for all employees?
What changes do you recommend to the health care delivery system to make it more available for more people?
Do the people that are in the most need of health care receive it?
Which populations are most under served?

hello class and professor, A topic of controversy is the healthcare system in The United States. It is an extended story with no clear ending. In politics, the healthcare system is always of interest to political candidates to promote a better solution to the crisis that has been going on for many years and does not seem to get a quick fix. Understanding the healthcare system in The United States can become a complicated task. The American healthcare system has been through important changes throughout the years, accommodating resources and laws based on the population’s demands, although this is not always the case. In the United States, the vast majority of the population, about 74 percent, is covered by private health insurance. Those under 65 years of age and their dependents obtain private health insurance either through their employers or by direct purchase of non-group health insurance (Ridic et al., 2012) The healthcare system in The United States needs to improve in several areas to make sure that each individual has access to necessary care. One aspect that I have noticed that needs to be improved is communication between physicians and patients. Communication is key in every aspect of life, especially when it comes to an individual’s health. According to ProactiveMD (2019), for true engagement in healthcare, primary care providers should think more holistically and find effective ways to connect and encourage communication between families, physicians, other care providers, insurance providers, and social services throughout the patient’s entire healthcare journey. No citizen should struggle to find proper healthcare. Unfortunately, the healthcare system is more of a big business and prioritizes revenue over people’s well-being. Although The United States should learn from other countries and maybe apply similar laws when comparing the healthcare system between Canada and The United States, Canada counts on long time frames to perform important tests on patients, making them wait for what could be a scary diagnosis. Developing government-funded health care for all citizens sounds like what we all want, and I am one of them, but there are some downfalls to that. As the National Library of Medicine explains, “Beyond individual and federal costs, other common arguments against universal healthcare include the potential for general system inefficiency, including long wait times for patients and a hampering of medical entrepreneurship and innovation” (Zieff et al., 2020). Employers play a fundamental role in providing health insurance to their employees. My Employer insurance is the only option to be able to be covered some health expenses. Other options are costly and almost unaffordable for the working class. Not only that, we dedicate long hours to our jobs, and we should be compensated with more than just money. According to Eden Health Team (2022), the ACA is the law responsible for imposing penalties upon large employers that fail to offer health insurance benefits to their employees. Under the ACA, businesses of a certain size are required to offer a company health plan. Populations under served in healthcare are usually the working class. Although it is important to remark that even those who can afford the high prices of any medical bill, some struggles can happen along the way. For example, access to mental health is a priority, and people should be cared for in this area, with or without the money. It is also true that The United States and some private entities will create organizations that help individuals have better healthcare access. Restating the initial statement about some changes in the healthcare system involving more effective communication. According to Taylor and Stanton (2020), the qualities of the interaction between practitioners and patients can perpetuate faulty communication lowering the lack of opportunities for feedback to the provider. Patients are also responsible for using what is available and how to approach any situation with primary care physicians. More work needs to be done in The Amerian Healthcare System. Some aspects can possibly be changed, and others that, due to the economic system of the country, will not find benefits in the long run. Word Count: 676References Eden Health Team. (2022, April 1). Access to healthcare is a basic human right , not a privilege . In the United States ” 84 % of the population is covered by either public 26% or private 70% health insurance (Gor12,1033 ). The multitude of privatized , for-profit health insurance companies is a major issue within our public healthcare sector here in the United States .Currently , my family of five is paying $13,000 annually premium for insurance coverage through my husband ‘ s employer . While our family is fortunate enough to be healthy and have minimal in the way of healthcare expenses , this is a huge chunk of money to go towards a company that nit picks what it will and won ‘ t cover for basic and preventable services . I know of families that pay this , plus have astronomical costs in the way of prescriptions medications that they need to live day to day . Insulin and Epi-pens are an absolutely necessary and yet most of the time , these individuals can not truly have a quality of life in the way of food , shelter , and medical care . They must choose to get their medicine , eat , or be homeless . This is a travesty that can be seen across the country in the way our society operates . Our Government should implement a Universal/National Healthcare coverage program that covers comprehensive and preventative services and made available to every citizen . To not implement such a program and put a restriction on what is occurring where big businesses are getting bigger off the backs of families that can not live a decent means , is unacceptable . The program could be paid for with a general tax , with a global budget that require state and local governments being responsible . Each state would be responsible for supervision of funds and physician associations and hospital planning. Each state would be responsible for supervision of funds and physician associations and hospital planning.Local governments should manage the public health sectors.Hospitals should have different levels in which they care for people and utilizing the technology available to each community.

Clear and operationally defined behaviors are important for the field of behavior analysis for several reasons. Clear definitions are necessary to replicate findings and to determine the accuracy of data. This replication and accuracy are key in providing the field with credible research. After developing observable and measurable behavior definitions, we can take a deeper look at the environmental variables that influence those behaviors and categorize those behaviors in a meaningful way.
Review the following scenarios and complete the following prompts below.
    Scenario one
Shayla is in math class. As her teacher goes over the assignment of the day Shayla starts to disrupt the class. The teacher calls her name and asks her to stop the disruptive behavior. Shayla starts to complete her math assignment.
    Scenario two
Tom was at a work conference to learn about new software. During a break out group he recognized an old college friend and started acting unprofessionally. His friend laughed at his behavior but he missed the takeaways from the breakout group.
    Scenario three
Enzo is two and receives early intervention services. During a session he spots his sippy cup and starts to tantrum. His caregiver approaches him and asks him what is wrong.
    Instructions
Use the Defining Behavior Template [DOCX] to complete the following:
    For each scenario:
Locate the subjective terms in bold (there is one in each scenario). How can you operationally define each of the three terms? These definitions should be specific, objective, and measurable.
Describe the environmental contingencies surrounding each behavior (these are the antecedents and consequences).
Next, we are going to shift away from the scenarios. Demonstrate an understanding of the terminology from this week by doing the following:
Analyze the differences and similarities between a response class and a stimulus class.
Provide your own example of a stimulus class and response class from everyday life.
