Discuss the value that accreditation brings to an organization.
Healthcare accreditation has become a ubiquitous phenomenon in both national and international healthcare industries as a recognized means of safety and quality. Accreditation Healthcare organizations programs are aimed at monitoring and promoting the performance of healthcare organizations against predefined standards through self and external assessment. The achievement of healthcare organizations in terms of meeting national or international standards of quality is publicly recognized through accreditation (Swathi et al., 2020).
Describe the steps and processes you will initiate and implement over a one-year period in preparation.
Making large changes in any organization can be difficult to achieve. The JCI accreditation standard affects the care because it is evidence-based and people implement it correctly and scientifically, under the supervision of surveyors who are considered experts in their fields. JCI Accreditation standards were designed to measure performance. (1) Making the required changes to policies, procedures, and department plans came at a cost. The most significant disadvantage of accreditation is the more documentation it adds to the work. Paperwork increased notably in the presence of a shortage of manpower. (2) There are strategies that promoted the kind of cultural change they wanted including involving all employees in the accreditation process. Employees must be involved in the process because leaders alone cannot make all changes in the hospital.) 3) Staff resistance will be overcome by education and training, and they will be involved in the process making because they are directly dealing with these processes and standards. The culture of instilling change in people will a bit difficult but we could do it through regular education of people, and regular communication at all levels like doctors, nurses, and technicians (Mansour et al., 2022).
Include any key personnel and the risk prevention procedures you would be sure to put in place as well as your performance and quality improvement plans.
The results indicate that Total Quality Management (TQM) practices with its dimensions had effects on employee performance through knowledge sharing. The results of this study contribute to developing and implementing different strategic directions that enhance the performance of employees through the adoption of TQM and the dissemination of a culture of knowledge sharing. we must of developing and implementing different strategic directions to enhance the performance of their employees, by attracting qualified and specialized human cadres to fill shortages in some departments and reduce the volume of work pressure on staff, which contributes to the completion of work on time and reduce errors of work, as well as to provide opportunities for employees in Ministry to participate in the development of plans and objectives that achieve the strategies of departments of Ministry (Saffar & Obeidat, 2020).
Job performance gives an indication of the organization’s success in achieving its objectives and mission. Heinz identifies three elements of performance: (Al Ffaidi, 2008) First: Employee: in terms of the employee’s skills, knowledge, interests, values, and motivations. Second: the job: in terms of job, challenges, and requirements. Third: Position: in terms of organizational environment and function, including the climate of supervision and work and abundance of resources and organizational structure and administrative systems.
The activation and implementation of controls and conditions in which the system of material and moral incentives in ministry, and dissemination to all employees, in addition to providing specialized communication channels between individuals working in ministry, which allows the exchange of knowledge and experience and sharing, in order to increase the level of interest in taking into account all aspects of preventive work performance, which is commensurate with the nature and functions of each department, which reflects positively on employee performance (Saffar & Obeidat, 2020).

Health Services & Financial Management
COLLAPSE
In response to worldwide demands for universal health coverage (UHC) and the inclusion of UHC in the Sustainable Development Goals, several nations have implemented health sector changes during the last decade. Due to the 2008 crisis, however, the budgetary space for public services has shrunk over this era, resulting in a revived interest in public financial management (PFM), which aims to enhance service delivery while managing spending.(Wishnia & Goudge, 2020)
The World Bank and the World Health Organization (WHO) have re-emphasised the need of providing facility managers and district health offices power and flexibility over healthcare expenditures (DHOs). The objective of this decentralization is to produce a more effective utilization of resources.(Wishnia & Goudge, 2020)
An accountant’s role is integral to an organization’s financial success. Financial accounting and managerial accounting are two of the largest branches of the accounting field. Financial accountants provide documents such as income statements and balance sheets that are used by other parties (investors and industry regulators). The statements provide information on an organization’s financial performance over time as well as its overall financial health. Financial accountants, who create these statements, are regulated by agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)(“Financial Accounting vs. Managerial Accounting,” 2020) Managerial accountants create financial papers that are used internally by corporations. The records account for firm resources such as raw materials, labor, and equipment in ways that assist executives in increasing efficiency. Companies may utilize both financial accounting and management accounting to create complete plans for company maintenance and growth.
The Saudi government has implemented measures to enhance the country’s health system finance and delivery. The revisions highlight a number of obstacles in satisfying healthcare requirements and limiting growing costs. Population growth and aging, the rise of non-communicable chronic illnesses (NCDs), and the expense of delivering modern healthcare all contribute to rising healthcare costs (more and more costly diagnostic and therapeutic options). Considering that the Saudi government finances 67% of healthcare, the existing financing mechanism raises worries about its financial viability.(Hazazi et al., 2022)
Launched in 2021, the Health Sector Transformation plan under Vision 2030 aims to restructure the health sector into a complete, effective, and integrated health system based on the health of the person and society, which includes citizens, residents, and tourists. 18,21 The program is built on the philosophy of value-based care, assuring financial sustainability and transparency through promoting public health and illness prevention. Through extending the supply of e-health services and digital solutions, the initiative seeks to increase access to and quality of health services via optimum coverage and comprehensive and equal geographical distribution.(Alasiri & Mohammed, 2022)

COLLAPSE
Debt Financing
Healthcare institutions rely on many types of debt finance to get the buildings, machinery, and assets they need to run efficiently. Healthcare businesses can access various debt financing alternatives, including bank loans, revenue bonds, and equipment financing. Healthcare groups have a simple alternative for raising money through bank loans. To cover their ongoing operations needs or to fund large projects, they can get term loans or lines of credit from banks (Feng & Wu, 2021). These loans enable healthcare companies to manage their financial responsibilities by providing flexibility and structured payback schedules.
Revenue bonds are issued by healthcare organizations that generate revenue, such as private hospitals or healthcare systems. The organization’s revenue streams, including patient payments and insurance reimbursements, serve as collateral for these bonds. Healthcare companies can obtain finance using revenue bonds while maximizing revenue generation (Khaw, 2019). Healthcare organizations frequently employ equipment financing, a specialized debt financing, to buy pricey medical equipment. Healthcare companies can extend the expense of equipment procurement over time by using leasing or instalment payment plans. Using this strategy, they can get the required equipment while keeping their cash flow intact.
A healthcare organization’s credit rating greatly impacts its capacity to obtain debt funding. A better credit rating improves an organization’s ability to borrow financing at more enticing interest rates and denotes a lower level of risk. Additionally, it strengthens the organization’s financial position and gives more financing possibilities (Feng & Wu, 2021). A good credit score can improve loan terms and conditions, such as longer payback durations and fewer collateral requirements. Thanks to this flexibility, healthcare firms can better manage their cash flow and financial responsibilities.
A worse credit rating, on the other hand, can make debt financing more difficult. Lower-rated healthcare organizations could be subject to higher lending rates, tougher loan conditions, and restricted access to funds (Khaw, 2019). In such circumstances, it becomes essential for businesses to strengthen their creditworthiness by correcting financial problems and providing a reliable debt repayment strategy.
